Pros and Cons

I have lived at AMLI for a few years now, but here is the honest truth: Pros: 1) Quiet Complex! I have never heard a pin drop in my apartment. 2) Pretty kept lawns and sparkling pools. 3) Nice floorplans. 4) Great gym! One of the best in town. 5) Access gates consistently work. Cons: 1) Manager is VERY rude and UNFRIENDLY! 2) LOTS of break-in letters have been left on my door. 3) Pretty far out of town, you are almost to Katy, Texas when you live here, so be prepared to pay A LOT of money on toll fees if you need to go anywhere else in Houston. 4) EXTREME increases in your rent whenever you renew (could be as much as $300!). 5) Although the apartments have nice designs, there are not a lot of upgrades in the apartments. So if you want nice appliances, countertops, cabinets, and floors, you need to look elsewhere. 6) Too many entry and exit ways into the complex. Ok, well I'm sure I forgot some things, but this is about the jist of it.
