Love it for what it is
I loved the Lodge on the Parkway before Amli took over. I moved out just after Amli took over and they sent me a bill for $800!! I asked them what was wrong with it and they said they just had to get it ready for new tenants. I told them that was their fault and if they wanted that much to send me an itemized bill. I never got an itemized bill, but got a bill saying I now owed $60! So I got them down 740, and I ended up getting them down to $20 for a maid to clean it since I did leave some trash and didn't clean anything. I think it's funny the level of incompetence with the management. <br>That being said! It was the quietest place I ever lived which is saying a LOT for West Houston. It also had awesome maintenance. I complained about teo maintenance issues on different afternoons, and both were fixed when I got home from work the next day with a nice note saying that they had been there. AMLI is a very professional management company (even though they try and stick you with weird fees, but you can always talk them out of!). I would reccomend this place as a nice, new, clean, well kept, apartment in a great area. It isn't surrounded by other apartments, but there are BEAUTIFUL neighborhoods to walk in across Eldridge. Just wait and follow a car through the gates. I never had a break in on my car, and I was in an outer building so parking was ample and easily accessible.Share This Review
