An Honest Review.

I am staying in Amli from Feb 2010. I like the service maintenance staff. The service is quick and on time, and even I don't have any issue with AMLI managment team they are friendly and nice. Apartment are little over priced campared to other surrounding communities, however due to proximity to big corporated offices I guess that is justified. From the security perspective this apartment is becoming worse day by day. year 2010 the case of theft and robbery was there but not much We used to get some notice from managment I guess almost 5 to 6 theft and burgulary notice in year 2010. However year 2011 its a flood of theft and robbery.. there was three attampt at my apartment, and unfortunatly in one of them they were able to break in took my stuff. luckily i had renter insurance and got almost 90% money back. I notified AMLI managment, and Houston police dept. Later we spoke with other AMLI resident and came to know that theft rate has gone really high in recent time. One of the resident got attaked just outside AMLI gate by someone and got seriouly injured. If you have personal renter insurance you will get your money back, however I am more concerned about myself and my family saftey now. I think if the situation will remain the same, I perfer to move out.
