I stayed here from August 2010 until August 2011. My review of this apartment because I do not want anyone else experienced anything like what I experienced here. 1. Security Theft often occurs in the apartment located in the rear. No officer of any security. Vehicle theft tools, usually entered from both side gates. 4 times the case in the past month I lived. 2. Very noisy. Most families bring 2-3 children and their families. when they rang the audio very loudly in the night. 3. Water Water is often dead, by reason of maintenance each month there are always those days we did not get a supply of water. 4. Management. Almost all staff are horrible persons, especially ------ (manager of apartment). Arrogant and no matter what happens to tenants. No marketing of any agent who would promote this apartment, in addition to marketing fee only $ 50, management often break a promise. They asked for an additional cost beyond the written agreement. The cost could reach 500% of which are written in the agreement. If we are late paying a monthly fee for a day, our house will be replaced the key, and we can not enter in our apartment, they do not care about our children's cold outside, until tenants are paid.
