I still like it

OK I am the same person who posted in May 2004. it's now July 2005 and I still like it here. Neighbors are still nice, property is still nice, they tried to raise my rent substantially at lease renewal, but problem I found was that previous mgmnt (before AMLI) messed up my lease documents. I ended up renewing my rent for only $10 more per month - not bad considering market value. Yes there were problems last Spring with the transition of management - many problems. But they were worked out fairly quickly.<br><br>Any apartment you find will have staff or management changes, you just have to be persistant with your requests (whatever they may be) during these times... the water does calm eventually.<br><br>Overall, these apartments are nice; grounds are kept well, Maintenance requests are performed timely, and amenities are well kepy (pools, workout room, bikes, computer area, etc.)... I guess I am lucky I have very cool neighbors. All of whom I can say "Hi!" to and they reply the same or actually engage in conversation.
