I've lived here on 3 different occasions and have been pleased for the most part. This last time i've had to sign short term leases due to my employment requiring frequent travel. my biggest complaints are the 2 months move out notice required(which is pretty much the norm for this area) and the ASTRONOMICAL increase in rent to go month to month. my current lease is coming up for renewal shortly and to go month to month increasing my rent almost $1000 a MONTH.
my other complaints are the lack of parking and the hassle of entering and exiting the property. trying to get in and out of the complex can be quite aggravating and dangerous at times. i've suggested on several different occasions to management of switching from the card reader to a remote fob and also changing the north side entrance to an entrance and exit. "we'll pass your suggestion along" is the answer i get each time.
if you can sign a long term lease then i would definitely consider renting here. friendly staff, quite neighbors for the most part, and very good maintenance response. if you are looking for short term lodging you might want to look elsewhere.
