I have been a resident at Amli on Eldridge Parkway for the last 5 years and yes it s true that management has changed quite a bit since I first moved in. However, compared to some of the other reviews of other apartments, I can t say that I have had any issues-even with all the changes. I think Randy and Billy are both awesome individuals who are always willing to help.
My two cons are not directed towards management more than directed towards residents (idiots), who choose to speed in the complex when speed limit signs are clearly posted. Obviously these are very selfish individuals that could care less about the possibility of any unseen person/child crossing their paths.
Another con is the traffic in the area has become horrendous in the last couple of years. Due to the influx of new buildings/companies (Energy Corridor labeling) and residents in the area. Not to mention Amli is centrally located in the vicinity of three schools.
Other than those two cons, NO issues with rats, bugs or roaches in last 5 years-which is totally awesome. Maintenance has always been courteous and prompt, and the grounds are well kept. Overall I can truly say that, I have been a very satisfied resident and only looking to relocated because of the traffic congestion and wanting something different, but would probably stay IF my apartment had new upgrades-lol
