Here's the deal... it's...

Here's the deal... it's a fine place to live. Location's great. Folks that live there are pretty great. But there are two things that stick out to me when I think of our time there. 1. We had an unreasonable number of complaints from our downstairs neighbors about noise. We should drop a book and get a phone call. We would make biscuits and get reported. We would step out of bed and get a knock on the door. We would slide an ottoman three feet across the living room floor and get a broom knock. It was to the point where I realized that not only were our downstairs neighbors unreasonable, the building must not have been built that well. We would do things that the people below us should not have heard... ever. They should never had known that we scooted that ottoman. It was ridiculous. I don't like controversy so I tip-toed for 9 months. No way to live. 2. When we moved out, there was a fairly mean lady that came and inspected our apartment and decided to be very tick=tack with her penalties. She found something wrong everywhere. Charged us for all sorts of stuff. Claimed that our apartment smelled like pet urine (we didn't have a pet and used the toilets ourself). The rest of the staff was always pretty nice... she brought the rating from a 5 to a 3. It's a fine place.
