Bad Management

I lived at AMLI for 2 years before leaving. My sink backed up for no reason and it took them 2 days to get someone out to fix it. Meanwhile water leaked all inside the cabinet and floor. When the guy arrived, he didn't speak English and it was difficult to communicate. He did the best he could and fixed the problem. When I asked about the mold that grew under the sink, they sent out a cleaning person who painted over the growth and left my items on the kitchen floor. They charge a HIGH AMOUNT for water and trash. There were several reports with the City of Houston about the trash overflowing. Here we are paying $4.99 per 1 bedroom and MORE for trash pickup and the stuff was all over the place. The late fees are out of this world. There is a $10/day late fee along with the $75 initial fee for being late. The best part is this $10/day fee nexer hits a max - 29 days late = $290 $75 in fees. All I can say is that this property looks nice, but with the latest Katrina residents that arrived, I am glad I left before things really got BAD!
