Apartments amazing, not exactly luxury and staff is worthless in responding to resident concerns, but great location. The apartments themselves are great quality and I love the rooms and layouts. The apartments have an updated look without feeling too modern or cold. On the down side, the front office staff takes zero action in responding to resident concerns. They will tell you how much the understand your concern and empathize with you and then take no action to remedy the situation. Something is always broken and seems to take forever to fix. The maintenance team is wonderful and friendly; however, if you have a larger concern, don't plan on the staff trying to help fix it as long as they have you locked into a lease.
