Thank you for your review. We value our residents and take pride in providing world-class service. Unfortunately, we had multiple service interruptions that required multiple unrelated repairs, all completed on October 10th; since then, all gates and the elevator to building three have been functioning with no issues. We have also changed the garage access code as an additional safety precaution. On October 14th, we sent out an update on the plans for building three and the community as a whole; we offered to hold a town hall meeting for all residents in building three, but we are still waiting for residents to respond to our request. To give you a few of our plans, we are scheduled to replace/upgrade all elevators and gates in early 2023.
We are also aware of issues over this past weekend; on Sunday, November 8th, this issue was caused by the storm the night before. These incidents caused by mother nature are out of our control, but we are grateful for our excellent service team that corrected the issue within a few hours.
