RUN TF AWAY
RUN TF AWAY. These are the worst apartments you could ever decided to move into, I know they have great promo deals but it’s not worth it. My house is so infested with roaches that they crawl on us at any time of the day. The bed bugs are in every nook and don’t take this lightly because it’s bad. I can’t use my dish washer or my cupboards as there are dead roaches in every single one. A while back my AC broke and was out for 3 months before they finally decided to come fix it meaning it was 85 degrees for 3 months and we were actively putting in service requests. I’m in the process of moving and turned off my breaker and left 2 400$ tanks with 3 bearded dragons total costing up to 100$ each aswell as one of my guitars and a bunch of plants. I came to get the rest of my stuff and my door was left unlocked and my breaker was switched back on by whom I’m assuming was maintenance. Great place to live
I love visiting this property and the staff were amazing. I felt right at home, I will be back to rent. It’s feels great when you can walk into a place of strangers and feel so relaxed and welcoming. This place is very large and has lots of places you can walk to. Amazing ??

I currently live here for 2 going on 3 months and Mr. Eric and Ms.Letty are the best. It’s really not that bad as people make it seem. The community is extremely quiet and barely will see people outside. Only thing that is bad is parking get here before 8pm or 9pm and there won’t be any parking spaces. Will be staying here for a while. :)

Cambridge place a great to live is a joke nasty office and nasty employees more the white mean fat cow manager Republican don’t live here is why the maintenance leave I know the reason I’m glad I don’t work there or live rats and flood units and bad service new maintenance victo mean person and lety fake leasing he don’t like ------ amen

Please people stay away from this place awfully Managment and manager and leasing very comunist don’t like black or -------- they don’t like to walk and show apartments and they take you money and good luck you welcome to the dead road shutting and drogdealer 112 unit and security don’t work and maintenance sucks big time mean and slow and manager very rud buttfat and more fake smell like dog and poop all over Raccoons and rats and noise and gates broke laundry room nasty and water leaks bad mu unit floods every time rains ’t move a finger she don’t care only to keep her job doing promise carpet been patch to many times snakes inside mi apartment and mi car catalizar converter stolen washer broke and mi bath tub paint peels. After 4 times been painted I’m not recommend here to leave if you like welcome suckers be ready

I was a tenant in -- unit only because I’m ------- wi try to rent a 2 bedroom and the ----- manager don’t let me stay clear say move we don’t whant people can afford to pay rent so I move to wilcrest and this place is better compare to Cambridge place for real people this ----- is ---------- and more I hope the people she had in her place I mean workers quit she very rud and she move the place like her --- fat stay away from this place and move to another place amen

The property manager claims my final utility bill was $864. They took $300 deposit and put $564 on my credit. They will provide me no documentation of what I am paying for. Nor will the collection agency they sent it to. They just expect me to pay to get it off my credit. I'm dealing with this now after their maintenance stole quite a bit out of my apartmen.

Would give no stars if I could, if they say they can help, it’s probably a lie. Told the leasing desk my credit wasn’t all that great to begin with and was honest about not having a broken lease or eviction. They tell me that I do have a broken lease and can’t lease to me because they see something in collections from another complex 2yrs ago. Agian not even a broken lease but do they care about what it really is nope! Can’t trust people to just help in a bad time like this and I’m sure they were able to confirm my income which was more than enough, but can’t confirm what they are denying me for. Also once you get denied the employees seem to become rude suddenly like a person is some unworthy piece of crap not worth their time.

Been here 6 months. they worked on me for late rental fees a few months back, that was nice. but there is no parking, literally none, unless you want to take a hike to your car. And they're doing nothing about it. Also, there's been construction on the streets the entire time I've lived here, making it even harder to find parking. Just an overall negative experience. I definitely would not recommend.

I do not recommend anyone this complex as the leasing crew are not professional, enter in your apartment anytime without informing renters, in the summer the pool are most of the time closed due to lack of maintenance, smells bad smoke everywhere, dog's ---- everywhere, take time to solve issue...it's a nightmare living in that apartment complex! STAY AWAY!!!

They never tell you when they are going to turn off the water here. Last year they were working on a pipe by the pool and the screwed up and the water was off for over a week, today we get no notification, AS USUAL, that the water is going to be off and their typical response is " oh, it will be about an hour"... 3rd time on the last 4 months its been off. Why don't they install bypass cut valves so they don't have to turn the water off to the damn complex-has the manager even thought about that? How could she? She walks around with her nose stuck in the air like shes some kind of queen and just plain rude.........no common sense what so ever.......

WORST PLACE LIVE, DO NOT MORE HERE, I have lived here for almost a year and I WILL NOT BE RENEWING my lease, the staff if terrible and very RUDE INCLUDING THE MANAGER Diane , maintenance is OK but doesn't fix all the problems ,you could feel air coming from the windows and door, the walls are paper thin you can hear people talking outside, the grounds are dirty , muddy, and there is always trash on the ground, stray cats, dog poop all over and the residents leave trash outside their doors, the roaches are OUT OF CONTROL even if you are a clean person , BED BUGS are crazy, i had to throw away a brand new mattress, the water bill is always $50+ . overall I will not be renewing my lease and i feel sorry for anyone that just started a lease. NOT RECOMMENDED

I currently live here and I live place. The office staff is really nice and always gives me a call after maintenance comes to follow up. But I do have an issue with this property and the extremely high water bills! Every month it goes up and you never know what the amount until you get the bill.

We moved into our two bedroom apartment in March 2014. We have lived in Westchase nearly two years and love the area. Everything is conveniently located. Although this is an older property it�?�¢??s very well maintained. The grounds are well manicured and always clean. The office staff is pleasant and extremely responsive to all requests. Not only do they promptly respond to all maintenance requests, they always follow-up to determine if the issue was resolved. It doesn�?�¢??t matter if you drop off the request or fax it over; it�?�¢??s promptly resolved. When we initially viewed the property, I asked if it was a �?�¢??Blue Star�?�¢?? property. The agent stated that the property was working on that certification. Interestingly enough about a month after we moved in they received the Blue Star certification. The program's goal is to help law enforcement officials and the multifamily housing industry work together to effectively reduce criminal activity in rental properties. Frequently leasing agents will make statements that are at least exaggerations, in order to lease a unit. It�?�¢??s refreshing to encounter a leasing staff that is both friendly and honest. I would recommend Cambridge Place to friends, family or any nice people.

I have lived here for a short period of time but I plan on staying here for a while. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and courteous. My air conditioner broke down the first week I lived here on a Saturday, and even though the maintenance apparently doesn't work on Saturday nor live in site, they came within an hour and had it back up and running in a short 30 minutes. Any time I have ever had a problem or a question, the staff has done everything to get me what I need. The neighborhood isn't that great, but its gated and quiet. Overall, for the price, I am a very satisfied resident.

Watch out!! This apartment is infested with bed bugs. I only moved in here about a month ago and I,ve been bitten really bad. It is clear that some type of extermination was done in my unit shortly before I moved in because I see some dead bed bugs in the sides of the carpet. I spoke with someone In the office about it and she swore she's never gotten a bed bug report from previous tenant or neighbors. I will investigate this matter to the last person. When I moved in I noticed two former tenants dumping a couch and mattresses at the dumpster. Beware of Bed bugs at this apartment.

I've been living here for 3 year and haven't had any problems. Request are completed in a timely manner. The office staff is always nice. Jessica has been awesome since my move in. The manager is very nice and always willing to do what it takes to make your apartment comfortable. I requested an upgrade in the bathroom; the manager approved it the same day with no problem. I would recommend these apartments to my family and friends!
