My opinion...

I have been a resident here for a year now. I haven't had any problems that you won't find anywhere else. When things break, they come fix them, usually within a day. I don't have any noise problems... and I live downstairs. Parking can be a problem once in a while, usually just late at night on weekends. Most of the time there is a place fairly close. It would be nice if they had assigned parking you didn't have to pay for, but it's really not a huge problem. Yes, there are kids... I have no problems with them. Crime is going to happen no matter where you are! I haven't had any problems personally at all. My neighbor had their vehicle broken in a couple times... my vehicle is just as nice and sat right next to theirs, nothing happened... I suppose I didn't have anything they wanted. The gate has been broke a few times... unfortunately some people don't respect property when they don't live there. I really think this place is as nice as any others around, and I would certainly recommend it. I haven't experienced anything bad, but I guess everyone has their own experiences and opinions.
