Average Complex But Very Pet Friendly, Check Your Options First
The policy of allowing large dogs initially drew me to the complex and I maintain that it is a very pet friendly complex. I think the staff is relatively helpful, depending on who you speak with. My biggest complaint is one of personal safety and security. The staff, and their present parent company, take a very nonchalant view of their residents safety; a sort of "don t promote negative happenings in the complex". I admit that the complex is unable to remedy the complex that has been under construction, the ENTIRE time I have resided in the complex; however I feel that any complex owes their residents the knowledge of any criminal activity that occurs (I have lived in other complexes that were open and the criminal activity seemed non-existent) if only from a preventative stand-point. I would check other complexes policies on criminal activity, compare activity levels with local law enforcement, and then make a decision.Share This Review
