DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Been living here for many years now and I do believe this will be the last.. This complex has changed over the last few years and not for the best!! The staff we have now, which has been here for 3 years now is the worst! The manager, well.. what can I say, nothing good about her, the words that describe her are unprintable.. They are great to you when you move in but once they have you watch out!! After a year they no longer care anything about you as a tenent, you are just a paycheck for them and that includes the owners of this property..The rents are now lowwer than they were 7 years ago when we moved here, does that tell you something?? It better!! They charge for EVERYTHING, garabge, water, pest control and NOW there latest AMENITY as they would like to call it is making you pay $40.00 a month for Comcast Cable even if you don't want it, you still pay!! (Look up the word amenity in the dictionary) We love our AT&T U-Verse and even though we are still getting it we have to pay the $40.00 per month!! What will be next?? Plan on spending an extra $73.00 per month on top on your rent and this keeps going up all the time.. Also, the electric bills are out of this world!! We pay an average of 250.00 per month 12 months out of the year.. We have complained about this along with a number of other renters and they do nothing!! When you don't have the heat on or the Air on it may be alittle lower but not much.. I complained to Channel 2 ask Amy about the cable, she did the reserch and put it on air and since then the new countertops they promised a year ago they will not give me now even thou the manager said she would when we signed another lease in Jan. Everyone that has been here for any length of time has moved or is moving, the people that are moving in, most of them is less then diserable are chasing away the good ones... The kids that are also moving in are distorying the property and we have also seen them fooling around with the gas caps of cars in the lots.. The only GOOD thing I can say is that the head maintenance man Jesus. He does his job way above the norm.. Things do get repaired here in a very timly fashion.. They do keep the outside grounds looking nice and they were suppose to paint all the outside buildings but now I have been told tht is NOT going to happen.. I do believe its because of the low rent they are charging just to get people in here.. They have redone all the apartments as tenents move out but for us who have been here for awhile they won't do ours.. I got most of mine done over the last 3 years but they only would do a portion of mine each year as I signed a new least but this year they are now refusing to do my counters because of the TV interview I gave Channel 2, even though they won't come out and admit it!! I have tried calling the upper manamgement and if they even bother to call back its after I have made several calls over the course of a few months.. I could go on, but I think I have given you enough of a review to help you decided if you really want to rent here of not.. Please make your choice wisely..
