I&#39;ve lived here for 2 years and this is actually a lot nicer than the &#34;typical&#34; apartment complex&#44; but it is still an apartment complex. I&#39;ve always had very quick responses with maintenance. The management is friendly and professional. The parking is not very good&#44; but with 2-3 vehicles per apartment&#44; there isn&#39;t much to be done for this. I&#39;ve never had a problem with pests here&#44; and the grounds are very dog friendly. I&#39;ve noticed an &#34;undesirable&#34; element moving in more recently and an increase in noise&#44; disruptions&#44; and people on foot damaging the fencing around the perimeter by pulling it up and going under it rather than being respectful&#44; not damaging property&#44; and walking out of the normal exits.

Very Clean, Much Space, Staffing People are very welcoming, interested in people, and extremely professional. The location of the residence is very casual, almost close to everything, and the design of entrance and appartments is beautiful.

I've had a great experience here at reserve F woodwind lakes, I would recommend this community to anyone. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me ... so I would consider living here until I find a home.

Apartment just give me without do walkthrough it was dirt window doors screen door still wait I don't have it   I have big hole in my car garage it dirty plus my store need to paint,,my mailbox they don't give me the key I went to ask them..

Apartment itself is good value for your money. Good amenities and close access to highways. Property is always clean and well maintained with fast response times. Biggest issues are weed smoking in apartments, (smell enters your own apartment and won't leave), and thefts. Cars have been broken into and wheels are regularly getting stolen, mine included. Apartment needs to invest in security cameras outside of each building.
