I've been living on the complex for almost 2 years. It's a decent complex, friendly staff, quick repair turn-around times, clean and no safety concerns (at the moment). But the parking is HORRIBLE. There just isn't enough room for free parking. I've always paid for covered parking. But the parking is getting so bad that tenants are now starting to park in paid parking spots. The leasing office is not doing anything about it. Yet I'm still paying for a parking spot that other tenants have the luxury of parking in for free. The leasing office wants me to only stay concerned about my paid spot. However, tenants are now utilizing MY PAID space during night and weekend hours (or during closed leasing office hours). My recommendation for anyone looking to pay for parking...don't waste your time paying for a covered parking space when you can probably park under the cover for free and never be reprimanded about it. Either park for free or spend the money for a garage. Thank you.
