Maintenance is slow in responding, unles "emergency" otherwise wait over 2 weeks to get anything done. You have to call in a 1-800 number front office only receives checks and signs up people that is it. Don't get fooled by the pretty look, find some other safe place. Car was set on fire, others stolen, others broken into and apartments getting robbed in broad daylight! at least twice a month, check police report if you don't believe. Pool in deplorable conditions, wires sticking out everywhere, yes I said wires as in electrical, in the water. Gym is unkept is only there for looks, machines are unoiled, broken, and threadmills are a security hazzard. If anything happens to you or your property, they will tell you that in your contract you are suppose to carry "renters insurance". They are sorry that it happenned to you, their advise is to meet your neighbors, and of course empty promises of providing good security of any type, the security they had used to fall sleep on the job!. According to their contract it is not their responsibility, which ends whenever the company puts a lock and deadbolt on your door. After that you are on your own, better to live under a bridge. Just put all your valuable belongings in the dumpster and set your car on fire before moving in, that way you don't have to worry about loosing anything else.<br><br><--------------------------------------------- new management/owners took over the place has become more pleasant to live in. Aside for the fact that gates break once in a while and noise level has increased since the cutdown of all the surrounding vegetation. I have to say that I am once again very glad to live in this area. <br>Here is an interesting fact, once the old management staff, and maintenance left "MAGICALLY" all if not most of all the crime-relates issues vanished (unless new management does not report them). HMMM left me wondering who real crooks were (funny thing, all robberies seemed to target specific places, who would know what is where? and when you were not home, or worse what was in your home/was. What is worth it taking from your house.....) so sad.<br>Anyways, these guys so far have been great, I have no complaints, would recomend them. <br><------------------------------------------------------>
