The walls are thin. I can hear when the tenants upstairs flush the toilet, cough, or do anything really. The leasing staff doesn't handle complaints well and are bias when it comes to tenants that they know. Even if you have valid complaints or even evidence to back up your claim it wouldn't matter.
They allowed a friend of theirs to have a pitbull, which is a banned breed on the property. Her kids would run and jump all through the house and play with dog all day and night and they did nothing to try to get her to be respectful. Even after the cops gave her a citation because she was rude to them and stated that her kids can do whatever they want.
The apartments have a smaller than average size microwave and we had to go buy one because we couldn't warm up hardly anything. There is all kinds of bugs that you will find. Even upon move in we had to buy stuff to get rid of spiders and bugs I didn't even recognize. What you get is not worth what you pay. It looks decent, but the quality of the "upgrades" are very cheap and it's poorly put together. Doors doesn't open the correct way, switches are backwards, ventilation sucks, ect. There's a big hole that it looks like someone punched in our bathroom door and they just patched it and painted over it. It smells like dog poop because there's lots a dog but not many owners pick up the poop. Parking is horrible as well.
Please do yourselves a favor and don't even waste your time or sanity. Not many residents that I talk to enjoy it here and are just waiting for their lease to be up.
