My experience with Reserve at Woodwind Lakes has been a little disappointing - maintenance staff is great, always courteous and friendly but office staff can be unprofessional and rarely return a phone call. The pool is nice but the gym is pretty small and most of the equipment needs to be repaired or replaced. The landscaping is really pretty but I think the money could be better utilized with better upkeep to the buildings. Also, the contracts the complex has without outside vendors are poorly managed. There were issues regarding the carpet in my apartment and it took numerous phone calls, missed appointments and shoddy workmanship before the job was finally completed. Once the job was completed I had to come in and scrub the adhesive off the floor because it was tracked all over my kitchen, dining, entryway and bathroom. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease next year.
