I love my apartment and the complex. My problem was when I called about problems about people parking where I had problems getting out of my garage they never followed through with help. I complained several time and once was told to call a wrecker if I had problems which did help me getting where I was going on time. Right after I moved in I requested to move to a garage closer to my apt. I checked ever month and was assured I would get the next opening. I waited two years and found there had been an opening that was given to someone else. Suddenly they did have my name on their wait list. I felt the girls in the office were not taking care of business.
