Quiet overall, exterior upkeep is generally good. Value for rent paid is becoming an issue, 26% increase within 4 years. The former office Manager, Holly, seemed to be distant and unresponsive to suggestions and comments regarding the criminal activity and safety issues that we, as a community, have endured. In addition, she was slow in reacting to several maintenance issues such as a bad electrical breaker for my garage unit. Not being able to open my garage door caused me to late for work several times before she took action. Broken security locks on "walk in" gates, failure to change gate codes on a regular basis, and other things would help ensure our safety.
