I cant speak for everyone but I love these apartments! As it looks that the reviews reflect, the staff is great! They do what you ask and friendly. Im not sure what people expect, but I feel they do their job and thats all I can ask! My neighbors are quiet and we even have fitness classes that are free! I tried one out last week and was sore for 3 days! lol I recommended these apartments to my brother and hes looking into moving in too. Everyone expects different things but these apartments have everything I need and more :-)

I have been a tenant for a few years now and was satisfied until the recent continuous robberies andbreak-ins that have taken place with management doing NOTHING. It's becoming unsafe to live here and I don't plan on renewing.The grounds are kept well and it an appealing property, but please don't let that fool you. It's slowly going down hill and with the price you pay here, you should be safe. If safety and parking was resolved, I would recommend this place but until then...look elsewhere. I will say...Kelly is amazing and super helpful.

I just want to say I love love love the fact that we have a personal trainer on site for the property. Toya is our instructor, and she made me feel so comfortable in class. I have a full figured woman and some of the moves were difficult so she made accommodations for me and I felt like part of the work out crew even though i could not keep up with all of the girls. she was patient and she talked me through it, and I did not give up. She treated me like i was a paying customer, she took pride in her work, and I will continue to go. I cant afford a personal trainer, but with her on property there is not need in letting that be my excuse not to work out. I absolutely Love Toya and her positive attitude and encouraging work out routines

I have been a resident for almost a year and I have loved staying here. From the quietness of the complex, to the safety, to the amazing fitness trainer, Latoyia, it has been a great place to live. I never miss one of Latoyia's classes. She has great workout programs.

I have been a resident at Mandalay for over 3 years now and I have been happy! It's a quiet community with beautiful landscaping. The staff is always pleasant and speedy about addressing my concerns. The fitness trainer Toyia has been a wonderful addition. There are not many communities that offer free fitness classes and that definitely adds to Mandalay's appeal.

I've lived in a few other apartment complexes before this one and none of the others offered the amenities that Mandalay does. My favorite is the fitness trainer that holds 2 to 3 classes a week. She's very knowledgable, friendly, and motivating which is probably why her classes are so popular. I've always worked out on a regular basis on my own but it's nice to mix things up and learn new exercises. Her classes are definitely one of the great perks to living here!!

I'm loving the personal trainer classes on tues/thurs. since I been going I have noticed I have lost some weight she really is good at what she do. She will have you burning in places you never knew could imagine.I give the workout sessions 5 stars!Good Job LaToya.............

I moved into Mandalay a little over a month ago and have been very pleased so far. The fitness trainer LaToyia is the best kept secret at the complex. Hour-long fitness classes are held every few days free of charge. LaToyia keeps you moving and does the class alongside you, which makes her feel less like a strict trainer and more like a workout partner. She is doing a great job at getting residents ready for summer! The complex has great views, is never too noisy, and has a great staff heading it, including Debbie who actually sold me on moving in here. You feel safe within the gated complex. Great location as well, as the apartment is not by a busy street, yet it is close to grocery stores and a whole lot more.

I went into the office last week to renew my son's lease and I find out that Ms. Donna is gone. What a loss to Olyumpus Company. She is such a real jewel. She was so full of life and always smiling. She's friendly and geninely charming. My wife and I felt good leaving our son in Houston under her care. The other ladies are ok but Ms. Donna is a mother and she knows how my wife worried about his being so far away from home. He initally got an intership at Shell and it is going to be a full time position. We will have to do some soul searching.

I just wanted to take time out to say that I am very happy abt the fitness trainer & the classes on tues/thurs... Having the gym was already a bonus but now to have someone there to help you get in shape is even better. She is doing a great job!

This is a great place to live!!!!! I am especially impressed with the fitness trainer who conducts classes on a weekly basis. She is way better than any of those so called trainers at any gym. It's nice to have a professional like this just one minute away!!

I have been at these apartments for almost a year and I must say I love this place! I feel safe and the maintenance is very efficient. The staff in the office are always willing to help and always put on community events that are very nice of them to do. Also, we have a great fitness trainer that puts on a variety of classes that are really nice because you never get bored. I appreciate this amenity because I've never heard of an apartment complex offering this, makes this apartment complex stand out! I'm happy where I am and do not plan to move for a while

Awesome job with the cardio class yesterday well planned out and pace. my only compliant is not enough room to move around especially if more people start coming to the classes. Keep up the hard work and good attitude trainer. Also need more washer and driers available for rent.

This property is different by far than a year ago. The staff was so unfriendly and snobby. The new management company is okay by me. If you call in a work order it is completed right away. The office people are friendlier and seem to care about more than collecting your money. We have a trainer that works you hard. The office ladies are so kind. We got a clean friendly manager that talk to you and not at you. I just renewed my lease and the rent went up but its a nice place with a great pool and the place looks good. I will try it another year. It is good value for your money.

I'm been a resident for almost 2 years and I am really pleased with the new management. Madonna is really nice and always takes time out of busy day to speak and accommodate the residents. I also enjoy being able to have a fit trainer on staff, although I would like to have a male trainer as well. Overall if I had to rate the property and management on a scale from 1-10, It would be an easy 10. Great job, I'm proud to call Mandalay at Shadow-lake my home

I been a resident here for about 9 months and all I can say is the best quality of these apartments is the swimming pool and the fitness classes . Its about time there is some excitement. Thanks too Latoyia for making that happen ,my new personal trainer...if u live here and wana get a Good workout go by the gym and check calendar....U wont regret it

Recently Mandalay have provide us(residents) with a great personal trainer! with no extra cost! She has kept me in shape and help me loose a few extra pounds right on time for the holidays!! The staff is always friendly and willing to help when needed.

Just wanted to take time out and say thank you to Mandalay for helping us try and stay in shape and hiring an onsite trainer. The classes are wonderful and the trainer really pushes you to make sure you reach your potential- it has definitely been a huge positive to the new management at Mandalay- on a bit of constructive criticism we need security back- it made a huge presence in the community and made residents feel safer knowing security was strolling the premises- we definitely need to get that back as now we have been having car break-ins, shootings, etc.. due to I feel people knowing our community isn't as safe as it was before

I really enjoyed the workout class hosted at Mandalay and Shadow Lake apartments! Latoyia is very energetic and really knows how to get the heart pumping. I would definitely attend again! Guest at a Saturday morning class.
