I&#39;ve lived in a few other apartment complexes before this one and none of the others offered the amenities that Mandalay does. My favorite is the fitness trainer that holds 2 to 3 classes a week. She&#39;s very knowledgable&#44; friendly&#44; and motivating which is probably why her classes are so popular. I&#39;ve always worked out on a regular basis on my own but it&#39;s nice to mix things up and learn new exercises. Her classes are definitely one of the great perks to living here!!

I have been a resident of Mandalay for 3 years and I love where I live. I was a little worried when the new management company took over with all of the transitions but everything so far has been good. I&#39;ve taken pictures on my patio and friends and co- workers have all been impressed with Mandalay...they asked if I lived on a resort!  I enjoy the weight room that&#39;s available 24 hours&#44; the new paint job is awesome!  I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the office the other day to find that they hired Kelli. She always has a smile on her face and has always been really helpful when she used to work with the residents.  The Office staff is always very polite and I never have a problem with getting maintenance issues addressed immediately.  Our maintenance guys are really good. Surprisingly&#44; our neighborhood is pretty quiet for an apartment complex. I have no complaints&#44; my neighbors have even all been great!  Keep up the good work guys!

I have been a resident at Mandalay for over 3 years now and I have been happy!  It&#39;s a quiet community with beautiful landscaping.  The staff is always pleasant and speedy about addressing my concerns.  The fitness trainer Toyia has been a wonderful addition.  There are not many communities that offer free fitness classes and that definitely adds to Mandalay&#39;s appeal.  

Luxury exists only at the leasing office grounds. Apartments are small and the walls are thin. Water leaks/mold exist before and after the winter storm. Spray painting the mold was the result of the repairs.

See Google Review. Update. Double billed for water and could have called the books even. Apartments owe me $124.47 for prorated rent in October. The lease ended on 10/28/22. Where is the prorated amount for water, trash, admin fee, and pest control? The statement shows 10/1/2022, water dates from previous months for the current month. The billing for utility services is not correct. I see how they tried to cover their screw-up.

Terrible Billing 

Nasty property it is infested with all kinds of roach sizes as yâ€™all can see. Move ins or move out units around us period this will affect your life health here. This is something to be concerned about as well as mold and air filter not being changed as it should. This living environment has been a nightmare for my family, embarrassing when having guest. THE LEASE WILL NOT BE RENEWED AT ALL
