My experience has been good. Jessica is amazing. I think the property could be a big cleaner if other residents cleaned up after their pets. The air and the elevators around the apartment smell like feces.

Management is great and always very helpful and pleasant to talk to. But It used to be a very exclusive and nice community to live at. This is supposed to be a "Luxury" place to live but lately the residents I see everywhere are not the nicest. They also have a bad attitude and i just don't feel as safe in my own community anymore, specially at night. I wish they were more selective with the new residents.

I love living at San Antigua. Management and maintenance team are the very best. I highly recommend living here. Any issues that might arise are taken care of timely. The apartment is really nice as well as the pool area.

Very expensive for a decent home experience. You can here people shouting at all hours of the night. If you live on the inside areas by the pool have fun listening to everyone's bbq parties with their large families half of whom don't live there. If you're on the outside areas enjoy listening to everyone's cars and dogs bark. Exteriors smell like dog pee and others don't pick up their dogs poop. There's trash in the parking areas and don't let them fool you with the gym 90% of the equipment is broken or out dated. Likely moving in the new year rates are going up with no real changes or fixes on the property

The grounds are always immaculately kept. The property is upgraded and maintained very well. All the staff are always helpful and friendly. Please replace the cushions in the veranda. They have been used so long that the cushions do not have any support.

I've enjoyed living here for the past two years. A lot of that has to do with how well it is run on the daily by the management team/leasing office. It's also not that big of a complex with just two buildings so you get to know neighbors a bit easier.

Overall it's a great community, staff is friendly and helps you get Abby issues resold within the apt. Main issue is gates seems to be broken all the time. Also better security cameras would be great. There has been a few cars either stolen or tires have been stolen. Many nights I sleep uneasy cause of this. Sure it's an on going problem throughout the city but a little extra security will be an even better community.

The apartment unit is beautiful and nice; however, the community is not as nice as it was before. The hall light bulbs were out for almost 2 months but no replacing. Many people left trash bags out on the hall way during the weekend despite the management warning. More neighbors played very, very loud music at from 10pm to 2AM or 3AM even during the week days. That is really annoying and affects other people, especially the people with children. Please do something to limit the noise!

I have lived at San Antigua for over three years now and the only reason I am leaving in a couple of months is because I am moving to a house. The property is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful. What's nice is that the Property Manager has been with the property for quite some time, so there is consistency in how the property is run. I won't miss some of my neighbors, but I will miss living here.

Rent is going to high, I feel safe living here and would recommend the location but rent us going up too much. I've lived here almost 4 years and lately they've been renting to some shady people but so far I've still felt safe.

Living at San Antigua Apartments has been my very first apartment experience and I can truly say that I have been happily surprised at the quiet nature that I have found living there, the friendliness of the apartment staff and their quick response to my needs, which have been very minimal. San Antigua is convenient to shopping, medical care and freeway access and I am more than satisfied with my choice of making San Antigua my home.

My experience has not been good Upstairs neighbor has a dog that use the bathroom inside and I can spell it in mine. I can spell cigarette smoke in my apartment. People stay at the pool longer than they are supposed to. Love the staff and maintenance. Never had to wait when I put in a service request.

My only complaint is the elevator being out of service multiple times.. I've lived here 2 months and it's great. Ample/covered parking! The pool is nice and everything's clean. Amazon hub is convenient

This apartment community has steadily declined over the last two years. There are too many animals (dogs) that are too big, not trained, and dangerous to little children and elderly residents. One resident is actually breeding dogs as she has multiple animals (one that has to use a muzzle and is very aggressive) at any given time. Their owners also leave their droppings behind and allow them to walk without leashes. There has been an uptick of illegal activity, including drug trafficking, usage, and prostitution - which are evident from the more frequent calls to the local law enforcement authorities. The gates and elevators are constantly inoperable - elevator issue possibly due to usage of the propane tanks improperly by residents. Recently, one of our neighbors' vehicles was vandalized and left on blocks - which speaks to the lack of security that is present on the premises. The grounds are not being up kept as they once were. Big trucks park backward and impede the sidewalks instead of parking against the fence line. Moving trucks are allowed to block people in. The back gate is secured by a chain which could be a fire and/or safety hazard.

The staff here is wonderful. They're responsive and friendly. However, the quality of of living here has gotten progressively worse. When I first moved here, most of my neighbors were professionals or older couples. Now most of those people have moved and now it's young, loud people. Always hearing loud music in the evenings, inside and outside. Loud people running up and down the walkways. Frequently smell weed when walking to my apartment. It's more like a dorm environment than a professional apartment community. Also, one of the selling points of this community was the events (monthly brunches, etc) that ended during the pandemic. Most other apartments have started having these events again but we haven't. We had one grab and go brunch last year. We can have these events and still observe Covid protocols.

apartment is good. place is safe. apartment office officials are cooperative. they are friendly. anything about apartment is given attention by them. Any problem in the apartment is being solved timely with due attention. So far we are experiencing good friendly atmosphere. Nice, quiet, clean for the most part. My unit has a huge stain in the living bing room carpet. At first it smelled like pet orders really strong. I let the office know and they came and deodorized. The smell is a lot better but the stain is still there. The toilet is too low. The metals in the restroom need to be changed out. The grout in the restroom needs to be cleaned and refreshed (floor and shower).

The apartment are pest free! The landscaping is awesome And very well groomed. Appliances are like new! Maintenance is on top of it! Fast and counties! I've been here for five years and don't want to leave. People are friendly and happy!

When moving in San Antigua, I was told that my lease at the time of renewal would increase by a small amount of less than 50 usd. But they are charging me a rental increase of more than 250 usd. At the time of jointing the San Antigua apartment last year in March 2020, my rent was 961 usd. And right now the management is saying that the renewal rate of rent per month will be 1220 usd. When the management said last year it will not increase by more than 30 usd. This was totally dishonest of them.

I've been here since January 2022 and I've been robbed two times (Catalytic converter). I have NOT a good experience here. No security. Other cars have had their tires and rims stolen weeks later. Very poor security and safety for their residents.

The staff is amazing, couldn't emphasize that enough. I also love our apartment it's spacious and we enjoy it. The amenities are great as well but the problem we are having with this complex is the amount of dog feces on the property. It's ridiculous and upsetting that it's such a problem. I feel as though this is a luxury apartment and that's something we pay to not deal with.

Overall as my first time apartment renter, it's been a very good experience. It's super calm and quiet and the best part is that I never have to deal with parking because there's always open parking any time of the week. It's well maintained and you never see the dumpsters full or trash all around them.
