I cannot even begin to explain how happy we are at this complex. About a month ago I was transfered to Houston, and while driving around looking at places I stumbled upon San Antigua. Within 5 minutes I was 99% sure I was going to move there. The next week I was signing papers. It is very well kept, has great tenants, and we feel safe anytime we are on or around the property. The apartments are all extremely clean, and mostly new. The residents are all kind, professional, and clean people. But the selling point on this place, is the management team...
-------------------------------------------------- are by-far some of the nicest people I can imagine running a complex. They always have a smile on thier face, and were so pleasant and kind to work with during the leasing process. They've also been spot-on with taking care of any issues we may have had (though we really haven't had any because the complex is so great). Granted we may have only been there for a month, and some will say "give it time, it will get worse" but it is quite obvious with this management team, that things will always be great at San Antigua. They were so patient with us being indecisive about which floorplan to rent, and simply wanted to make sure that whichever one we got was what would make/keep us happy. They absolutely sold us on the place, and sold us on staying for a while :)
