The previous posts talk of the great things at San Antigua, I moved here a while back and as the other posts say, the grounds and staff were very appealing and catering. Now after being here a while I am starting to notice a few things that make me regret the fact that I pay close to $1600 in rent.
1. There are days in the morning where when you walk to down from your apartment, the grounds smell or pure urine. Some pet owners just let there dogs piss right near the stairs and that odder absorbs into the decorative rocks and stinks up the entire entrance.
2. The caliber of people they are allowing to move into this place, on the weekends, all you see is trashy students by the pool who invite more trashy people or people drunk off their asses loud, ignorant, and very rude......Sometimes I see beer cans that have been thrown from balconies.
3. NOISE!!! I am a Phd Student, and I value quiet... if you stay below someone the noise of them walking is beyond ridiculous!! you would think for so much that the floors would be made to withstand the noise... I also have a neighbor who plays music all through the night, and you can hear everything!!
4. KIDS!!! I have no problem with kids as long as they are supervised.. Parents around here let their kids play in the pool area or gym without supervision and they are destructive and loud.... There is a security guard, but he only comes to the pool to lock up not to make sure that people are complying with the rules..
5. Residents let their dog out without leashes and they think its cute if your dog comes up to you and lick you..
All in all the amenities here are great, I believe that's what you are really paying for, but I will not be renewing my lease, the unattended kids and ------ residents have ruined this place for me, but please feel free to make your own decision, this is just my experience.
