Garbage policy stinks. You are forced to pay to have your garbaged picked up. And check this out, they dont pick garbage up on friday and saturday. So for two days you have to hope and pray your garbage dont stink up the apartment. Not good for keeping away bugs either if you have two day old smelly garbage in your apartment. I wish I could throw my own garbage out and not pay for this valet garbage nonsense.
You also have to pay for your water usage. Never heard of paying for water in a apartment before unless you owned a condo or something. Apparently this is normal in houston.
The complex carries itself like a college dorm without the RA's. Lots of young minded people who thinks its ok to have a phone conversation on their cell phone at 2am on the balcony.
Parking can be crazy at times. Hard to find parking and god help you if you have to park near a big old pick up truck that parks so close to the lines.
Dogs can be annoying at times. Who likes to be barked at by a dog when they are coming home from work?
Staff has a difficult time informing you of when packages arrives. Sometimes they forget and claim they dont have a policy to inform residents.
The view from the pool is great but can be a bit crazy in the summer with noise but I guess that should be expected.
I notice alot of people come to san antigua for the pool and they dont even live here. Its a bummer that the management staff doesnt have a way to keep the amenities to the renters and their guest only.
Ceilings are thin. I can hear my neighbor dog whimper and cry when they are not home at night and in the morning.
Its a great starter place for people who are not familiar with the area and need time to adapt to houston.
Security is visible/noticeable at night.
Staff is somewhat standoffish. Not sure why.
