It was a good living here at this apartment for about one year. I just can not stand
with noise. I live on the 3rd floor and when I moved in, the management told me I won't have any problems with noise, and it was good till the tenant above left.
The new tenant came in with 4 or 5 yer old son who visits the tenant on weekends. Then it became the "Total Mess", the kid jumps up and down on the beds, and between beds . . . . . . i went to ask to make the kid stop jumping on the bed and running in the small apartment . . . . . must been more than 10 times I complained. One time tried to be nice with them I brought a 25 small boxes of ice cream for them . . . . . trying to be friendly and asking the kid to stop jumping up and down. It did not work. Week after week, the kid came to jumps up and down. It is a middle of night or early evenings . . . .. One day I banged their door and the guy became physical and hit me down on the floor (I am 78 yrs old) and I hit my head badly which made a big bump on my head. I went to the management but they did nothing, Just told me not to go to the tenant but come to us, and the police was called in, but nothing happens ! I
thought of moving out, but it costs $3,920.25 with 60 days notice. I am trapped.
Also apartment floors are filthy. Many dog owners let their dogs urinate in the apartment corridor despite management requests and I have my own. Since i am retired I take my dog out about at least 4 times a day, but younger people can not do it. If the dog owners can not take care their dogs, they should not have them in apartments. And some dog owners do not take care after their dog messes. Quite a few messes can be seen on the ground.
Also there are so many bear spots on the grounds . . . . . . well there are so many
complaints to be made in this compound.
Maybe the management will ask me to leave here . . . . . if so, So Be it ! I will be glad
to leave, but costs me so much. I never knew all regulations of moving out and how much it costs to leave the premises, I am stuck.
