Overall, it was a positive experience. Office management was friendly, open to suggestions and generally willing to work with you as a resident. Property was relatively well maintained. Facilities are nice. On negative aspect, there are lots of tenants with dogs (some large and aggressive breeds) some of which struggle to control/restraint their pets and have little regard for picking up after their pets when they defecate. Also, if have neighbors living above you with no regard for those below them as far as jumping or consistently dropping heavy objects, management is powerless to help the situation. Gated property is relatively safe but occasional car break-ins do occur and cameras on site do not appear to provide much help.
