Excellent maintenance response time. Management staff is always friendly and responsive. Location is convenient to where I work, shopping and fine dining. I do get concerned about the number of overnight visitors based on full parking places. Guest park in disabled parking. I consider it dangerous when pickups back into parking and truck beds with trailer hitches blocking side walks. Seems to be lack of consideration of others.

Good response to maintenance requests. Appreciate management reminding residents of rules being violated (pets, pool, parking). I don't appreciate residents who refuse to follow rules; I plan to move within 6 months due to residents.

Quick and through response to resident maintenance request. Office staff always friendly. I like my floor plan, but would prefer other flooring than carpet. Good communication to residents.breezeway could be cleaner and stairways are nasty. Other residents abuse parking rules.
