The staff is wonderful! Kelly and the rest of the staff are always responsive and the customer service is great. My living experience however has gone downhill since I moved. The parking situation here is horrible. I have had several evenings where there were no parking spaces, even in visitor parking so I wind up driving around the complex (along with other cars) until I find a space or park in front of the gate at the back. It has also become very noisy here. On the weekends in the parking lot there are always people yelling, arguing, playing loud music. When I first moved here I saw a lot of families and professionally dressed people and I don't see that much anymore. The corridors are not as clean as they used to be and I've seen dog poop on the stairs. Finally, I never realized how thin these walls and ceiling are because I always had a quiet family next to me and above me. Now that they've moved I hear people talking, yelling, stomping, and sometimes around 2 or 3 a.m. I hear people playing their television loudly. Many of these issues began during the pandemic. I really like it here my first year but I will not be renewing my lease.
