I rented my unit while living in Miami, FL, and without ever stepping foot in the property. Best decision ever! Assistant Property Manager, Kelly, was an absolute angel! She sent me videos of the entire unit and gave me details about the property and surrounding areas that could not be found online. With her help and patience, I was able to make my decision confidently! This is a small community with extremely friendly residents. It is well kept and clean. They've got a very responsive management team that's available to help with pretty much anything. I've been here since July and I can't say that I've ever loved an apartment more than this one! I've got a Target just 2 mins away, about 4 groceries stores within 4 minutes, nail salons everywhere, so many restaurants, and 2 different Starbucks location that are both less than a mile away - what more could a girl ask for?!
