Very chill, relaxed community. The staff is friendly and attentive. The electric charging station was a bit of a hassle the first six months. Paying extra for a garage with a charging station rectified the situation. The amenities are definitely clean and enjoyable. Parking was difficult but was better when emails were sent stating towing would be enforced. A small dog park should be added, along with a dog wash. The process to fix anything within the apartment is efficient and timely. The valet trash crew is such a great idea, the food trucks, and discounts for surrounding restaurants was great.
