As we can understand a large increase is unpleasant for anyone, The housing market in Houston has changed drastically from 2020 and feel our rates are still very competitive in our market. When moving in San Antigua, I was told that my lease at the time of renewal would increase by a small amount of less than 50 usd. But they are charging me a rental increase of more than 250 usd. At the time of jointing the San Antigua apartment last year in March 2020, my rent was 961 usd.
And right now the management is saying that the renewal rate of rent per month will be 1220 usd. When the management said last year it will not increase by more than 30 usd.
This was totally dishonest of them.

Save, secure for my vehicle, me & for my family. We can walk outside & have fun in pool, game area is the best place here. Every essential need this here HEB, Gas station, other foods like tacos n pizza whole food also Starbucks & nice quite park with lake

The apartment are pest free!
The landscaping is awesome And very well groomed.
Appliances are like new!
Maintenance is on top of it!
Fast and counties!

San Antigua is the perfect place for an uptown feel, with a suburban environment. I love the feel of living in a resort, with all the comforts of home. The amenities are fabulous! My most favorite thing is the elevators! It makes it easy to navigate living on the upper floor. The property is very well kept. The clubhouse is a great way have an outing without leaving the premises. It has the Starbucks self serve cafe, pool table, TV, lounge areas, and computer work area. The spa pool and hot tub are added bonuses. There are showers in the bathrooms near the pool and a covered lounge area with TV right outside of the pool.  I have a pool view apartment and I enjoy sitting on my balcony, enjoying the pool atmosphere without leaving my apartment. I definitely made the right decision choosing San Antigua as my new home.

The San Antigua Apts. Are very nice & classy rental property. Anytime you need a to report something wrong in your Apt to be fixed or air conditioning unit. The maintenance workers are quickly to repair on the same day. Rarely no air conditioning problems at San Antigua Apts. Peaceful & quiet residential apartments.
