Hello Michelle, We are sorry to hear you are having such a unpleasant experience living here at San Antigua. When it comes to residents move out charges we follow the Texas Apartment Association lease contract. Naturally, we can understand that a resident might be upset with having to pay a balance at move out, but the charges are always fair and just, anything we charge we have the proper back up to justify the charges. In reference to everything always being broken, I'm not sure what you are speaking of. We have 1 machine in the gym that the pulley cord needs to be replaced, other than that everything else is working wonderfully and being used daily by other residents. Our pools and net cafe are up and operating as usual, so again I'm not sure what you are referring to. Residents can always find parking here, but they may have to park further during certain nights of the week due to high capacity of residents home on the weekends. In regards to the break-ins, it's been ages since an actual unit has had this issue, we did have a few car break-ins at the beginning of the summer. Our community has multiple security cameras throughout as well, but we nor any apartment complex can guarantee your safety.
