I have lived here since 2018 and couldn't more pleased with every aspect of the community. Whether it be office staff or maintenance issues (very few) all have been handled quickly and professionally!

The community is very well kept and very quiet as well. The management staff have been quick to assist with any and all inquiries! 24 hours answering services! Maintenance team are also responsive and very customer friendly.

Every year from mid-May all the students start their summer break , and I start to have a headache because there is a large open space outside my unit, where all the children like playing at that area, make noise from morning to night, so loud that I can't sleep for a moment. The manager stopped these kids making noise, but they keep continued later or the next day! I hope the leasing office get a solution to stop those kids playing over there!

I have lived here for a long time, I only moved to this two-bedrooms unit five years ago and have been living here until now. The appliances in the unit are aging. I hope the management can replace some new appliances for me. Thank you!

I am appreciated to the maintenance team provide fast service to repair everything! No matter during operate hour or off hour they will show up within 30 minuets after they received repair request. Highly recommend this community!!!!

During I move in this community I just wanted to live here temporarily, but I didn't expect to stay until now!! I was lucky enough to have an opportunity to open a phone retail store across the street, Save gas and time every day, such a nice and convenient place I can't think of a reason to move!

No s? qu? voy a decir, lo ?nico que s? es que este es un excelente lugar para quedarse. Me gusta mi vecino y el personal de la oficina. Aprecio que el gerente haga un trabajo extra por m?. Ella me ayud? a ir al centro a recoger un cheque del fondo de ayuda. ?Gracias!
