Today, Oct 20th, 2020, I am extremely disappointed with the service from this apartment. I am currently living residing in unit 601. There are some employees working to renew the unit above mine. Suddenly, the light fixture in the living fell off from the ceiling. Fortunately, there was no injury to anyone at that time. But the incident caused damage to my laptop. By the time I called the office, they refused to investigate my property damage. They did not even apologize and ask if anyone was alright. They recommend me to contact my insurance to claim for the damage. It does not obviously make any sense since I am not the one causing the damage. The fact that the quality of the unit results in my property damage. Imagine that the incident could cause damage to any person in my family and the office just refuse to take responsibility. Please have upper management personnel to contact me as soon as possible. I prefer not to talking to anyone from this office.

I have witnessed a maintenance person taking a knife out my utensil drawer to cut the product he was installing on the balcony door. The maintenance person said to use bleach if the mold reappear. Car vandalism.

Me gusta mucho vivir en estos apartamentos por la ubicaci?n en que se encuentran adem?s me siento segura vivir en este complejo ya que siempre han tenido buen mantenimiento del apartamento apesar de que en icaciones se han tardado para responder a las reparaciones

The apartments have good services to residents,the apartments is near to school and freways,parks,stores,Transportation public,ect,the personal as very nice whit the residents,I like live very much,I have live this apartments to 18 years

Me gusta mucho este complejo de apartamentos por la ubicaci?n en el que se encuentran,ya que tiene acceso a calles principales que conectan hacia el centro de la ciudad y sus alrededores as? mismo en toda el ?rea del distrito escolar de las escuelas;adem?s que el mantenimiento y seguridad son realmente eficientes!! I really like this apartment complex because of the location in which they are located, since it has access to main streets that connect to the center of the city and its surroundings as well as throughout the area of ??the school district of schools; in addition to the maintenance and security are really efficient!! Everything great and better than the other apartments around the area.
It's really quiet and the maintenance are very productive. 
Even if  you submit a routine or low priority maintenance request they try to do it as soon as possible.
I highly recommend this place

Just some times visitor comes and park in front of the car that are for  resident and the resident is blowing horns blowing horns wakes everybody up 5 o'clock in the morning 6 o'clock in the morning and some time that on a weekend 
Really need to talk to resident to tell the registers to look somewhere else to park

En estos apartamentos he vivido alrdedor de 15 a?os,,mi hijo menor aqui ha crecido,siempre nos hemos sentido muy seguros de vivir aqui,,ya que este complejo cuenta con seguridad,tiene las principales escuelas de Alief,parque comunitario muy sercas,,varias tiendas,tiene mucho acceso para dirijirnos para cualquier parte de la ciudad yvsus alrededores, me gusta mucho vivir aqui.
