Amazing staff

Me and my brother move in 2 months ago from California, We were looking for a quite and nice place to move back to Houston. We weren't able to tour the property at that time and Maria was very helpful and send pictures of the property and it was even better when we picked up our keys we loved the apartment. Leasing agent Maria was very helpful

Do not move here

This has been an absolute nightmare! The management does absolutely nothing. I had a towing problem where a tow company took my car while I was sick and the management was supposed to notify me my car was towed but they did nothing. When I said that I needed to go to the tow company the tow company was unresponsive—in fact there was no way I could contact someone. I had noise and pot issues. The noise was reached noise disturbance levels repeatedly. I documented all this but when contacting the management which sound recordings they questioned why I was so frustrated. They did nothing for the pot although it was illegal. I got so stressed and upset I had to stay with a friend for a few weeks. Bottom line DO NOT MOVE HERE.

AWFUL! The parking situation makes this place NOT worth it. This is NOT a luxury apartment complex. It is a regular property. Nothing special. The current staff is not knowledgeable or helpful. This is not something you want when looking for a rental. You will not be allowed to have more than ONE family over at a time and they may still be towed. Yes you heard it right, you will pay them over 1k a month and ANY guests you have are liable to be towed even if they are registered. The grounds are typically unkept. Trash piling over, encouraging wildlife in the area (possums, etc) to visit you.

My experience at The Commons has been excellent, Elizabeth and Janet are absolutely amazing. Any questions or concerns I had they answered and handled efficiently. Over all I am very please with my experience thus far.

I've lived here for a while and honestly, I would have never moved if I didn't get a job offer in California. The staff has always been nice and the property itself is well maintained and quiet. I really miss this place!

Its been pretty cool, no complaints really. They missed my trash pick up once thats about it. other than that its a nice apartment complex. my neighbors for the most part are all nice. for the price its a pretty good deal

I am so happy we chose this place. We moved in right before all of this coronavirus mess and ended up getting our hours dramatically cut. They have have been so patient and understanding about everything, we are so thankful!!

We are in process of moving here. With all of this Coronavirus stuff going on we were a little stressed but the ladies in the office have been very helpful and reassuring. So far I am pleased with the service we have gotten.

Perfect for me. All of the Commons at Vintage Park employees treat me like a king. I left the valet trash. The location cannot be beat! So close to highways, shopping and restaurants. We frequent vintage Park quite often.

This place is pretty cool. the only issue weve had since moving in was a broken window from the landscapers but i told the office and they came right over to replace it. most of our neighbor are alright too

I absolutely loved living there..no other place compares. The staff is amazing as always, the manager Ashley fulfills my needs and concerns..maintenance is excellent. Quiet community and friendly people

I absolutely love this place. I have been here for two years and have no plans to leave anytime soon. Everytime I have something that needs to be fixed they take care of it right away and everyone here is just so friendly.

This is a simply lovely apartment complex. I have had an enjoyable stay here for the past year. The ladies in the office are so kind. I do plan on renewing my agreement when my contract expires in January.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The ladies in the office are always so friendly and helpful. I thought I left the iron on yesterday after I left for work, called the manager and she went up to make sure everything was ok in my apartment. It's little things like that that they do that sets them apart.

I haven't moved out of my apartment for the last 2 years because it's hard to find an 3 bedroom apartment for the price. It has all the same access to highways and restaurants as other high costing apartments. I love being close to my grandma at the nursing home by Cutten and it's peaceful in both our areas. I love the new staff they always ask me about my day.

Great Apartments. Me and my wife are in the process of buying a house so we will be moving soon. If it weren't for that we would sign for another year. It's pretty quiet here and everyone kinda keeps to themselves.

This is a good complex. I have lived in a lot of states due to work and this is one of the best ones. If I didn't have to leave Texas at the end of the year I would stay longer. I recommend this place to anyone.

So I applied a few weeks back and will be moving in at the end of August. Even though I don't actually live there yet they invited me to their pool party last weekend, it was cool. Everyone seemed so nice there, can't wait to move in!

I've lived here for two years and in the area my whole life. This place has been great and the ladies in the office are always so helpful. Usually repairs are fixed within a day or two of asking. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Theres no peace and quiet! There are kids playing on the stairs and breezeways because there's no park! Trash is EVERYWHERE! No place to park! Walls are super thin! Neighbors moved in and now theres roaches coming out of the wall! We've asked for pest control never got it! They send out notices for repair work and never show up when they say the would! Just a really HORRIBLE place to live. Just rent a house for the same price as here. Literally 3 of my neighbors and I are all not planning on renewing the lease because its sooo bad here! Actually leaving 2 months prior to lease date its just that bad!

Do not live here!! Black mold. Ride staff, Sauger is worthless The construction crews are loud and rude. There is trash everywhere They don't fix anything!!! ?? .................................................

currently in law suit due to mold. they told residents they were insured and they did not have flood insurance for hurricane. they roach problem is unbelievable. Sager who is the property manger is a worthless piece of ---- that does nothing to help you and constantly makes excuses and tries to get you to forget about or leave issues alone hints why im in a law suit now with them; because even taking it above his head to his boss was a waste of time and effort 80% of the complex has black mold in walls and air ducts and even after a postive test of black mold done by the company of their choice two months later still nothing has been done. and dont ask maintenance to repair leaks or rotten wood because they leave most of the rotten wood in there which will cause more mold and cover it up with a brand new piece of wood and dont spray for mold... do you and your family a favor and stay clear of this rat nest they painted over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived there from Feb 2014 to Nov. 2015. I was one of the lucky ones that moved out in the nik of time, became in April 2016 there was this massive flooding there. All of the FIRST FLOOR UNITS WAS UNDER WATER. I mean from floor to ceiling! Everyone lost there cars. Fast forward to 2017 Hurricane Harvey same thing happened, first floor under water, and everyone that was home lost their cars etc.HOW ARE THEY GOING TO SELL THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY TO PEOPLE KNOWING IF THERE IS A RAIN STORM, THEY WILL BE FLOODED OUT, LOSING EVERYTHING IF U LIVE ON THE FIRST FLOOR? They need to go ahead and sell the units individually, i will go back and buy my old third floor unit from them, but not be home when there is a major rain storm or Hurricane.
