It used to be much more affordable to bring the valve-to-price ratio in a more favorable light. Over the years it has gotten more expensive and the services and facilities from years ago are gone. Some things are better like the Internet service which was the theme of the apartments originally.

Great location and have always felt safe and secure living here. The office and maintenance staff are always courteous and attentive. The security cameras around the property and the night porter have been a great addition.

Safe and clean community.

Walden of Westchase is a very quiet and safe community. Close to all shopping stores.The employees are very attentive to the residents. I recommend this community to family, friends and the general public.

Nice complex, very green and easy to walk around. I love the bamboo here; it makes it feel tropical and friendly. Like: friendly and prompt maintenance people. Could do better: drivers sometimes speed inside the complex.

The community is nice. The staff and neighbors are very friendly. I really appreciate living here so far. The apartment complex is very easily accessible. Located close to beltway 8 and westheimer; it is ideal for commuting to chinatown and galleria area.

My experience at Walden at Westchase have been great, my apartment is just what we need, courteous Maintenance and Front Office Staff always willing, respectful, eager and personal on taking care of my place's needs; however, I keep insisting in the same fact that other tenants fail daily to dump their trash adequately into the trash cans placed on different areas of the property, leaving them mostly every week with the first dumpster & front of the area filled with scattered trash (regular & food bags), furniture, broken toys, bikes, and whatever they please, disregarding several signs placed on the area gates about it's cameras and such, same with toys belonging to their children left once again, scattered every week which can be found in the same place as well. Is our responsibility as tenants to follow the property's directions and rules to keep it looking as nice as Walden's Staff intended to be from the beginning, however, it takes a village to get it accomplished, stronger measures should be considered in my humble opinion by Walden at Westchase, but, until that happens, I am safe and happy in my place, Thank you!

Everyone is really nice and helpful. I love the location of this community. I literally have every store and restaurant I love 3 minutes away. Coming from Florida, I can say this is the best location in Houston.

Overall - this is my home. I prefer not to buying a home. Mrs. Birney who brought me here. I loved her dearly. The staffs were/are so far being wonderful to me. Maintenance personnel such as Vega and Aldo I knew a longest. New as Julio and Gerry are wonderful. The office staffs liked Ramsha and Lee Ann are wonderful. This place is not the best but more than average.

I have had an excellent experience. I find that management takes care of various issues quickly and with good quality results. When I need a repair, it is routinely done on the same day, usually in an hour or two. The management personnel are friendly and professional.

habia sido exelente, pero ahora mismo es regular ,antes eran mas estrictos y eso generaba mas orden dentro del complejo , como lo dije, a mi criterio es muy desagradable tender ropa en las rejas de entrada, da muy mal aspecto al complejo, se ve muy mal , un poco de atencion a las reglas , vendria muy bien.

We really love it here. Maintenance is well managed an timely. The only complaints we have are that people drive too fast and don't pick up after their pets. Love the trash pickup and quiet neighbors.

Ever since I moved in it has been a great community, the grounds are always clean, the house keepers do an excellent job picking up the trash. Maintenance guys are very efficient and are always on time. Office staff is very friendly all the time. Over all great community.
