It used to be much more affordable to bring the valve-to-price ratio in a more favorable light. Over the years it has gotten more expensive and the services and facilities from years ago are gone. Some things are better like the Internet service which was the theme of the apartments originally.

Friendliness with recently hard to get a hold of the office. Not always there during stated hours and can only get mail at certain times of the day. The hours are often inconvenient for working people. If you do get a hold of them they are friendly and try to help. A big help is the maintenance app which is more responsive.

These apartments have remained a relatively safe complex in an area that has only risen in criminal activity. I attribute that to a vigilant staff. It is an older complex that was well-built from the beginning. The insulation as an example was able to bring me through the Valentines Day power outage with no busted pipes.

This is an island in the rough. The surrounding community has problems but the staff keeps most of them at bay. The value to rent ratio might be better than average but this is an older property with the good and the bad of that. The staff is working miracles with what is left, but the property is not what it used to be.

More expensive as time progressed. It used to be more of a community. Less so as the years have moved on. Now it is mostly people you hardly know and are not interested in getting to know each other.

An older property well maintained. Rents are on an acute upswing, but hopefully that will be tampering off soon. The staff is great however it seems the parent company is not devoting the proper resources.
