Walden of Westchase is a very quiet and safe community. Close to all shopping stores.The employees are very attentive to the residents. I recommend this community to family, friends and the general public.

Ok not so fabulous....just GHETTO! WOW! First let me say that last week I manuvered around a big pile of dog crap only to almost step on a dirty needle and syringe...LOVELY! Roofs are leaking and rotten (way before the hurricane). They don&#39;t do ANY repair work...ANY! One rotten balcony got new boards put up....but they didn&#39;t fix the leak so now those ugly unpainted boards are leaking and rotten ...safe safe safe! Nothing has been done since the hurricane by the way...ugly ugly. Speaking of ugly the maint. leaves trash EVERYWHERE and can&#39;t fix anything! Put up new door jams and cracked all the sheet rocks and never fixed it&#44; the paint is flaking off all the doors&#44; the apartment outsides look like the inside of a mexican restaurant and are covered in caulk because they are too lazy to repaint. Lights are always out too so it&#39;s dark and VERY unsafe! The apartments are loud and small and you pay galleria prices for this trashy part of town!!!! Oh and most of the time no washers are driers work in the ONE laundry center they have here!!! And when they do work it is soooooo nasty in there who wants to do laundry.
One of the main problems are the people living here though...and I&#39;m not just talking about the dope dealers making their trades in broad daylight or the homless people who run wild through here screaming and defecating in the bushes all the time&#44; or the hood rats who spray paint all the vehicles....I&#39;m talking about the people who rent here! People partying all the time&#44; drunk&#44; screaming&#44; letting their kids throw rocks at the windows and throw bolders in the pools. Perverts who run the game room staring at all the girls in the bushes&#44; fat naked guys in windows doing..well you know what he&#39;s doing....perverts following the women on the property (scaring the hell out of them and making sexual propositions) and can&#39;t forget the lovely perverts who leave dirty hand prints all over my door trying to listen and look in the peep hole (will leave pic)! This place is hell! Lease is up.....gone in two weeks! WOO HOO!
By the way....the managers here....so so sad. Uneducated and so not helpful.....

Ghetto fabulous

The Walden of Westchase is quiet and strategically located near the Beltway, also close to some nice restaurants, the Metro bus service. There is also a walking/bike trail for exercising. The apartments community is respectful of one another also. I really like the fact that it's so close to a lot of retail businesses and a nearby Post Office. So far I have no regrets moving here. Concluding the leasing office staff is very helpful and friendly. Rimsha and Mari were the two in the leasing office when I moved here, they are so very nice and friendly, and always willing to assist.

Staffs were/are beautiful and friendly.   Quite environment.   Maintenance crews are excellent.  Only I like to see the dead bamboo trees need to be trimmed down.  This is a small complex and easier access to all shopping and public transportation such as METRO buses.

Love the community ,very quiet no problems and there's no reserve parking spaces no discrimination , and they understand and try to work thing out .. they help us by picking up our trash at our doors , thank you

My experience has been great the management is very understanding. The properties always kept nice and clean as well trash pick up is a bonus. I would recommend this property to any friends and family based on my experience here and I want to say thank you for the good time I have had living here thank you to the property

Todo muy agradable propiedad limpia mantenimiento eficiente,la mejor propiedad para vivir seguro todo es una tranquilidad muy recomendable para nuevos residentes  personas que viven all? son muy respetuosas el personal de la oficina muy servicial y en general todo es bueno
