Bad one is that Upstair unit is so loud. They make loud noise and harsh foodstep till late night. Other than that every thing perfect. Good thing is apartment provides free electric car chager. Waterwall is always corwded.

Sometimes there’s trash left outside and people let their dogs poop on the carpet. This all makes the apartment complex appear nasty and ugly. I had issues with parking so there should be a better system with that especially if I’m paying for a parking spot.

We heard very high reviews about this apartment complex. In good faith we submitted the application, upon approval we rented unit 309. To our dismay we ended up in a very dirty, clogged, Dirty and rusty unit. Appliances are a total mess, faucet leaking all over the place. The Nest amd Wifi was still on the previous renter's name. Another struggle ! Me being allergic and my asthmatic husband suffering respiratory issues since we moved in and the ceiling fan threw dirt all over the place and on us. I had to make several service requests, I am so embarrassed myself. Seems like we made a big mistake trusting the name and reviews of this place. This is not how we anticipate things to be turned. The only solace to our souls is the leasing office team. Gavin has been absolutely kind and helpful to us. Please take a look at all the issues that we encountered right from the day we moved in. My wife and I have lived at the Waterwall Place for nine years. The apartments are wonderful and energy efficient. Right next to the Galleria Mall, a five minute walk away. The Manager and staff are the best. The maintenance crew is very responsive.

The office manager Nancy setup my maintenance request and she was so sweet. She even suggested expediting the problem, because it appeared the issue was associated with my air conditioner. I appreciated that. The maintenance was great! He came within 24hrs and was very helpful.

Very nice neighbors. Great location. Staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The rise in homeless people in the waterwall area is concerning. The cars out front of the building make it impossible to enter and exit done weekends. What can be done. Have you tried partnering with HPD for monitoring for these issues.

Our experience living at Waterwall Apartments has been wonderful since we moved in February 2024. The complex offers modern and convenient living with excellent facilities and amenities that make life here comfortable and enjoyable. We have access to various amenities such as a pool, fitness center, and communal areas for relaxation, which allows us to fully enjoy our time here. One of the aspects we particularly appreciate is the friendly community and the attentive staff. The only downside we've noticed is the noise from the street. Sometimes it can be challenging to relax or concentrate due to the external noise. However, this does not significantly affect our overall impression of living here. Overall, our experience at Waterwall Apartments has been overwhelmingly positive. We enjoy every day spent here and are glad we chose this place as our new home.

Thanks! I think that common areas need to be cleansed more , parking lot is dirty, people throw garbage and maintenance does nothing. Also floors of the common areas are dirty they don’t clean it correctly. . .

I have lived in roughly 30 apartments in the Houston area since 1988 and have lived at Waterwall 3 different times now. It is the number one apartment complex I have lived in or even visited in all my time in Houston. The staff is fantastic and the apartment quality is excellent. I also use the personal trainer on-site and she has been amazing for the last 6 years! Traffic sucks in the Galleria, but you are in the middle of everything. That is pretty much the only con about this apartment.

Ever since we moved in in 2017 we have never had a reason to think of leaving this place. At times we have felt that the rent is a little too high for us to afford it on a long term basis but then the overall quality of life and standrads of service have made us stay. And we are happy for that. We feel safe, secure and well served. The entire WW staff is friendly, cooperative and professional.

My wife and I have enjoyed our stay at Waterwall Apartments. It is a very continent location. Recently I have noticed non residents wandering through the corridors. I had someone stole a case of water bottles from the front of my apartment door. It was left outside for 1 min. I just went to garage to lock my car.

The community is quiet for the most part except for the parking violators who visit the water fall. Not only do they park & double park making it difficult to go to and from your home. Sometimes visitors play very loud music. It’s not the Waterwall Apt property management fault or respect but that of the owners and/or city who need to facilitate better traffic management in that area.
