The only issue I have is illegal parking from visitors who visit the waterfall. The staff at Waterwall Luxury apartments are not at fault. In fact they can't do anything as it is management of the Waterwall and adjacent office building who needs to increase security and regulate parking. It is difficult most days to get in and out of the apartment to individuals who park where it clearly indicates no parking. If you honk your horn or say something your at a high risk of being in an altercation. I hear horns blaring all day as residents try to get in or out due to the lack of mobility the illegal parking has caused. These individuals would even park in the guest spots of the apartment (1st floor) to avoid paying $5 for parking. Making it difficult for delivery drivers to deliver products to the residents. I've seen some wondering through our the first floor looking for the restroom.

Nice place to live. Parking of visitors for the Waterwall is an issue as it sometimes hinders traffic in and out of the apartment. It can be volatile sometimes. The grounds are immaculate and maintenance staff are really nice. The best amenities I’ve ever seen and utilize. The only issue is management/resident services
