THEY SEEM INCAPABLE OF TELLING THE TRUTH.

Just went through another water outage and another power outage. The worse thing about the outages it that the office LIES repeatedly about the reasons. for example, this last water outage was NOT the city of Houston, it was a property water line, but the office says emphatically, that it is the city. No city trucks ever showed up to fix the problem and they lie about these outages so much that i can not believe any thing that they say about any thing. They have lost any trust that i might have ever had in them. they seem to think lying to their customers has no consequences. it actually violates state law. the Texas attorney general takes a very dim view on businesses that lie in order to either gain new business, or to retain current customers. they lie to us thinking that we will be more more likely to renew our leases, it is deceptive and they will be held accountable. I hope that the Texas Real Estate commission and the Better business bureau and Houston Apartment association take this seriously. in any case, i know the media will have a field day with all the deception that this company perpetrates on their customers and the public. Angies's list will the next web site i visit after this post. People need to be warned about this place. Anyone can call the city by dialing 311 and they will tell you if there are any water outages in your zip code or on your street.. Also you can call Centerpoint at 713-207-2222 to verify any electric outages.
