Confused by these ratings!!

I have lived here since October of 2010 and have actually really injoyed living here. I just moved my family in with me and they love it here. The little store they have is absolutely great and I find myself there almost everyday getting something for the house or to snack on. This is the only place I found that has a shuttle bus. I do not have a car and since my mother is in the med center it is very cheap for me to get a ride using the bus. I have had a few maintenence issues but they have always been taken care of very quickly. My apartment is huge and I have never seen aparments this big for the money that I pay in rent. I have spoken with several people in the office and they have been very nice to me and my family and definately went the extra mile to make sure had the perfect apartment. I have referred several of my friends here and they all love living here. The parking is GREAT!! I have never had any parking issues and the Garages are close to my apartment. I think after reading these reviews some people may just be upset at things that are beyond anyones control. I just renewed and will continue to call Brompton Court home for as long as I live in Houston!
