Okay, but not great

I have lived here for a little over 5 years now. The place was nice when I first moved in and I really had no complaints. The past couple of years have been an entirely different story. It seems like the water is shut off at least once a month, if not more. There is never any warning, it is just a surprise. I work nights and have frequently woken up to water outages forcing me to go to the gym to take a shower before work. They also claim to have a small pet policy, however I have seen numerous large dogs in the apartment complex. To make things worse, very few people pick up after there animals. Management has placed more bags and trash containers around the area recently to no avail. The management staff is always nice and maintenance is very timely. The corner store is another issue all together. It was nice to have....if you could ever catch it when it was open. It always seemed they were gone and would be back later. Now the store has closed, however it looks like it is getting ready to reopen. Maybe the next owners will be better with the hours.
