I have lived at Brompton Court for 3 years. I was here during the management change and I can honestly say they've gone down hill. I have to agree with the rating below that says they act like high school kids at their first job, it's true. They all dress nice but when it comes to conduct, they are awful. One thing that really bugs me is when staff members take a smoke break at one of the many pools while I'm right their with my kids....come on, have a little courtesy. They also have completely catered their advertising to "partying" type. I'm not saying that a party here and there is bad, but every weekend? A guy in my building has had several crazy parties one of which ended in him vomiting over his balcony for over an hour onto the ground by the pool entrance. I complained several times....NO ONE cleaned it up! SICK! The internet always goes down so don't get your heart set on free WiFi. We decided to stay because moving is a pain and we will be done with school in a year. Our apartment is a decent size and in good working condition, the maintenance is nice but they jimmy rig everything. The rent has gone up considerably and the place isn't worth the cost. The management is trying to upgrade the pool areas with nicer chairs and BBQ pits, they look good but they don't justify anything price-wise. The mandatory 25$ a month for valet trash is a total joke, I live like 40 steps from the dumpster and I really don't want to pay it but I have to. The longer we stay, the less family friendly this place gets. If you are looking for a party place, this is the one. If you want something quiet or family friendly, keep looking! I don't go out late at night either, there have been some VERY serious crimes committed on the property in the last 3 years and I'm not talking about car theft.
