Staff and Maintenence Exceed Expectations

From signing my lease to any need we may have, the staff are helpful and cooperative. Maintenence requests (however small or unorthodox) are attended promptly and with quality. I say unorthodox because my roomate and I wanted to install some add-in features and all we had to do is supply the parts. Upgraded showerheads and digital thermostats were installed very soon after the request was made. The staff really do seem to care about the residents and know most of us by name. Some residents have been in the community for over 25 years. I have lived in apartments where the staff are there only to get new people in the door and do the minimum to get the job done adequately. I really get the feeling that the managers and staff think about the residents as though they were family and want the best living situation for us all. They put in long hours and walk the grounds. They are available for any discussion or suggestion we may have. I am very pleased with my choice to stay at Brompton Court Apartments and enjoy all that it has to offer.
