I love this place!

The apartments are beautiful on the inside and out. The acented mouldings and contrasting paint makes this apartment look very upgraded and luxury on the inside. The space is layed out to give the most room and each closet is very spacious. Considering the price of lesser appartments in the area, this community is a steal. Rent rates are relatively low and lots of stuff is included in the community living. I really like the convenience of the on-site convenience store. It makes those last minute items that I need to finish cooking dinner easy to obtain. Also, when entertaining people on the spur of the moment, the store conveniently has wine and beer for sale. Each building has a dedicated pool, though there is no rule against using a different pool. I actually like the pool in the building next to me because it is more shaded during the day, but my roomate likes the one in our building. There is also a heated pool for winter swimming. This comes in handy for those who like to use the pool for exercise. Though my unit has a washer and dryer (which I absolutely love), I have checked out the laundry facilities. They are all over the community and well maintained. If I moved to a smaller unit without the washer and dryer, the on-site facilities would be definately put to use. The staff is really friendly and available. Every time I have had a maintenance request, it is handled quickly. Also, I like the gourmet coffee machine that is in the office. If you want, you can go get a cup any time you want. I love this place and will likely stay here until I find a house to buy. Between the luxury feel and the great ammeneties, it is the most logical option for me.
